Birth Package
Included: 2 prenatal visits (1 virtual + 1 in-person), unlimited virtual coffees at any point in pregnancy, continuous labor support in active labor at home, the birth center, or hospital, on-call support through the duration of pregnancy, 1 in home postpartum visit, 6 weeks of virtual postpartum support, an experienced doula with knowledge of movement and breath to encourage your body to open; whilst encouraging oxytocin boosting ambiance and togetherness with your partner and birth team. Utilizes tools to support intuitive coping strategies and movements. Experienced in body physiology and knowing when to encourage rest or movement in addition to supporting encouraging positions to open the pelvis in order to have an easier labor experience. Nurtures the body through massage and breath, keeping you at ease while bringing your baby into the world. Supportive of all birth experiences including unmedicated, birth center births, home births, VBAC, planned epidurals, high-risk births, and planned c-sections.
